The Indian culture which is famous for using glowing colours and heavy jewellery also got reflected in this model’s reinterpreted versions of the Disney Princesses.

“Growing up I always wished there was a Disney Princess I could relate to, one that represented where I came from. Introducing outfits/makeup looks inspired by the eight original Princesses of Disney we all grew up watching, with a little desi twist,” Hamel wrote on her Instagram.

However, we have also seen before that an artist recreated Princesses of Disney according to the present-day world and those were also amazing; but these Indian versions gave Princesses of Disney a new definition and identity.

Certainly, this model’s idea was truly creative and unique which deserves to be praised and loved. You never know that many Eastern countries’ natives might adopt the idea of Hamel and try to reinterpret the Disney Princesses according to their cultures and trends which would be exciting to witness.
