Things That Happen When You Eat Almonds Right After You Get Up

If you are a desi you have most probably have known this years old totka of soaking almonds in water overnight and then eating them early morning right after you get up (before breakfast).

However some of us don’t do it because we believe that these are just myths created by our old women and that if it were that important we would have probably also heard it from the “westerns”.

However, this is a tried and tested method and has worked for many people. Without further ado I give you the four instant things that happen to our bodies when we eat four peeled almonds in the morning right after we wake up.

Cholesterol:

Almonds have this instant reaction of affecting the cholesterol first. It takes out the bad cholesterol and balances the cholesterol instantly. This happens because of Vitamin E that is present in almonds.

Colon cancer:

Eating 4 almonds in the morning right after waking up prevents colon cancer. It also makes digestion easier because almonds have rhibophine in them.

Memory:

Instantly increases learning ability and improves memory, not just for a long time but instantly. Gives amazing brain power which obviously increases thinking skills.

Weight loss:

Who doesn’t want a great body? Eating four almonds reduces weight AND reduces waist. Which means that the people who are trying to fit in their old jeans or perhaps new ones which they thought would fit them but were eventually disappointed like me when they found out that they can’t fit into them, can definitely and should definitely eat four almonds in the morning.

 

Almonds are rich in quality protein, vitamin E, magnesium, fiber and many essential amino acids. You can also get copper, B vitamins, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, iron and healthy fats from almonds. However, as almonds are rich in monounsaturated fats and calories, you should not overeat them
